Self isolation and Shielding

We’ve been receiving a high volume of calls regarding whether patients meet the high-risk criteria for 12 weeks self-isolation. The NHS are sending letters out centrally please do not contact the surgery about these letters, instead please follow the advice in the link below.

We are awaiting guidance on the patients that GP surgeries should be contacting to self-isolate for 12 weeks and once this has been published we will send letters to those patients who meet the criteria.

In the meantime the government has requested everyone self-isolate where possible for the next 3 weeks. If at the end of this period you have not received a letter, you feel you meet the high-risk criteria and should be self-isolating for longer, then please contact us
