Patient Group

Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

To help us to do this we have set up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. In addition to holding meetings at the surgery we also plan to ask members of the group, who have access to email, to fill in short surveys. By using both of these methods we are hoping that more patients will be able to get involved. If you agree we will occasionally contact you via email. We promise to keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time and you will not be inundated.

We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
